Business Hours Policy

Monday - Saturday

The Nelms Team's business hours are from 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Saturday. After 7:00pm we will return all phone calls on the next business day. Sunday is not considered a normal business day.

Sunday

Sunday business hours are from 2:00pm - 7:00pm by appointment only. Appointments must be made prior to Sunday. After 7:00pm we will return all phone calls on the next business day.

E-Mail

Emails will usually be answered the same day during business hours.

Instant Messages

The Nelms Team believes in using all of the latest technologies and we use instant message. We will answer instant messages during normal business hours. We ask that you read and respect any status messages indicating that we are busy.
